Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2/3 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • to taste (optional) spinach or kale
