  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 4.2 oz cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 2 cups romaine, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 medium avocado, diced
  • to taste fresh cilantro + lime juice
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • to taste (optional) optional spices: cumin, chili powder
