- 5.3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 cup bell peppers + onions, sauteed
- 2 cups romaine, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 medium avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- to taste fresh cilantro + lime juice
- to taste salt & pepper
- to taste (optional) optional spices: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic/onion powder
