- 2 1/2 cups romaine, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
- 2 tbsp part-skim Parmesan, shaved
- 3 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- to taste lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, salt & pepper
