Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups romaine, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp part-skim Parmesan, shaved
  • 3 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • to taste lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic, salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. 01Whisk yogurt, oil, lemon, Dijon, garlic for dressing.
