Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Kodiak pancake mix
- 1 whole egg whole egg
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tsp (drizzle) real maple syrup
Instructions
- 01Mix all ingredients (except syrup) into a smooth batter.
- 02Cook pancakes on a nonstick skillet until golden.
- 03Notes: Can also be made as waffles. Batch cook, freeze, and reheat in toaster for easy prep.
