Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Kodiak pancake mix
  • 1 whole egg whole egg
  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tsp (drizzle) real maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 01Mix all ingredients (except syrup) into a smooth batter.
  2. 02Cook pancakes on a nonstick skillet until golden.
  3. 03Notes: Can also be made as waffles. Batch cook, freeze, and reheat in toaster for easy prep.
