Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein
  • 1 medium apple medium apple, diced & microwaved with cinnamon until soft
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • to taste if desired stevia

Instructions

  1. 01Mix yogurt and protein until smooth.
  2. 02Layer with warm cinnamon-apple mixture.
  3. 03Sprinkle walnuts on top.
