The promise

Show up for 60 days. If you don't feel stronger, more confident, or more in control of your body, reply to any BFF email with the word "refund" and we'll send your most recent payment back. Keep your cookbook either way. Whatever recipes you saved while you were with us are yours forever. No clawback.

The 60-day window

Your 60 days start the day you first subscribe (after your free trial converts to a paid plan). You have until day 60 to claim the guarantee on your most recent billing cycle. If you decide BFF isn't for you, we'd rather refund you than fight you. No long form, no exit survey, no "are you sure" pop-ups.

How to claim

Reply to any email from BFF with the word "refund" in the body. That's it. You can also email [email protected] directly with "refund" in the subject line. We respond within 1 business day and process the refund within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

What we'll ask

One question. That's the only one. We'll confirm you actually used the app. Logged a workout, opened your meal plan, chatted with your coach. Just enough to know you gave it a real shot. If you signed up, never opened the app, and then asked for a refund 59 days later, we'll still process it. But we'll gently suggest that next time, give it a week first.

Your cookbook is yours

Every recipe you saved during your time with BFF stays in your account, even after a refund. Log back in any time to access it. We won't lock it, delete it, or hold it hostage. If you ever want to come back, your saved cookbook will be right where you left it.

Outside the 60-day window

After day 60, refunds are handled case by case. If something went sideways (you got billed twice, the app broke, something we did was clearly wrong) email [email protected] and we'll make it right. If you just want to cancel future billing, you can do that any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through that date.

What this guarantee is not

This isn't a free 60-day trial in disguise. The guarantee exists because we believe in the methodology and we want you to feel safe trying it. We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts that show clear signs of fraud or abuse (signing up under multiple emails to claim repeat refunds, for example). For genuine "I tried it, it wasn't for me" requests, we honor the guarantee.
